At this time we would also like to tell you that as of September 1, 2015 the M Missoni online boutique will no longer be operative. For any request and/or clarification concerning your current purchase or any future purchase you make through our online boutique up through August 31, 2015, or for purposes of returning one of your relative purchases, we inform you that our customer care service will continue to provide all the necessary support up through September 30, 2015.
We conclude by letting you know that the clothes and accessories in the new Fall/Winter 2015-2016 collection are presently available for purchase at all M Missoni stores worldwide.


Per each purchase made on you can ask for a return in a very simple way.

Please remember you have 21 days from the date of the goods receipt to make the return and for our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to the order shipping costs. In case of promotion with free shipping also the return will be free of charge.

Here follows the instructions to make the return:

1. Fulfill the online return form, by clicking here and by inserting your personal data and your order code
2. you will receive an e-mail with all the instructions to make the return and to book the pick up by the courier

Once you will have delivered the package you will receive an e-mail of confirmation when we accept your return, within 3 working days from the date of shipping to the storage.

In order to accept your return the purchased products they cannot be altered and they cannot present any sign of use. Each garment has to be delivered with all the labels, in the original package and has to be complete with all the accessories ( package and plastic bags).

If your return does not safisfy any of the mentioned conditions we will not proceed with the payment refund and the package will be shipped back to you.

If payment has been placed with PayPal, you will see the refunded amount on your PayPal account within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail.
Reimbursement to the Card associated with your PayPal account depends on the Company that issued the card.

The refund you will receive will include the costs of returned items, for our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to the order shipping cost. (In case you have taken advantage of free shipping also the return will be free of charge).

If you prefer, you can also choose a different courier, not UPS. In this case the return expenses and possible loss will be at your direct charge.

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the original Returns Form.

At the moment we cannot offer product substitution, you can send back an article anyway,( being refunded) and make a new purchase.
