PRODUCT SPEC SHEET
Inside the spec sheet you can see the article more in detail, before adding it to your shopping cart.
In the right section all available info are listed. You can see the product image more detailed by clicking on “zoom” to the picture.
From the spec sheet you can save the product in the Wish List or just proceed with the purchase.
HOW TO ADD PRODUCT TO YOUR SHOPPING BAG
To put the product into your shopping bag, please select first the size and color, then click on “ADD TO SHOPPING BAG”. If there is only one available size and)or one only color, it’s not necessary to select them to put the product into the shopping bag.
You can choose if immediately proceed with the purchase, or to continue to navigate the site.
In the first page of the Shopping Bag you can see all the details of the shipment and payment.
The total amount of the order that will show in the first page of the Shopping Bag it will be the definitive total amount. Please confirm your data to proceed the purchase process.
The coupon is a personalised code, you could receive in special occasion, which will allow you to enjoy exclusive promotions on products and services offered by our online store.
The "Coupon" space is shown in the first page of the Shopping Bag: please insert your code and click on re-calculate to obtain the new total amount.
SEND A GIFT
If you want to make a gift, please select “option gift” in the first Shopping Bag. During the purchase you will have to insert your personal data ( sender) and the address of the recipient.
The gift will be delivered to the shipping address together with a greetings card, without any product price indication; the order invoice will be sent via e-mail to the sender.
Please remember that the order has to be done from the site of the country to which you want to send the gift.
CONCLUDE THE ORDER
To conclude your order you will have to fulfill the PAYMENT page which indicated the shipping address and the fields to insert your credit or debit card info ( if you have chosen this payment type).
All your order data are summarised in the ORDER CONFIRMATION page. Please remember that once the order has been confirmed, no more changes will be allowed.
Your purchase will be concluded once you arrive to our thanks page, where you will receive an order number. Within few minutes you will received a confirmation e-mail.
Credit cards accepted are: Visa e MasterCard.
If you want to make a purchase with Visa ELECTRON, you need the authorization from the bank for the online use.
If you use a pre-pay card or a disposable one, please remember to keep it after the purchase because you could need it for a possible re-credit.
We guarantee that each purchase will be done in total security. The payment data are collected through the most advanced technological codification system (SSL) and our store uses a Veryfied By Visa e MastercardSecureCode secure certified server to guarantee you the highest protection.
Some credit cards, to protect you from online freuds, ask for an additional secure code to insert to confirm the payment. The code is given by your bank.
For orders made with credit card or debit cart, the total amount will be charged at the time of the delivery of the goods. Only the amount of the shipped products will be charged.
The payment will be shown on the bank statement as NuvòConsulting SRL, the company which handles our store.
Deliveries are made with Ups courier and the service costs 12 € for Deutschland and France, 10 £ for Great Britain. Free shipping for orders equal or over 400 €/£.
ORDERS PROCESSING TIMING
The orders are processed during the working days, from Monday to Friday.
Shipping timing takes 3/5 working days.
All the orders received within 12.00 a.m. will be shipped within the same working day. The orders received after 12.00 a.m. and/or during holidays will be shipped within the first following working day.
For example: a purchase made on Tuersday at 11.30 a.m. will be shipped on Wednesday. To be sure your order has been shipped the same day you made it we suggest you to make it within 12.00 a.m.
PURCHASES SHIPPING TIMING
Shipping timing starts when your order has been delivered to the courier and it takes 3/5 working days.
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, during office hours and it cannot accept any appointment. The courier will try to deliver the package for two working days, and each time it will leave a notification with the number to contact it. The non delivered orders will be shipped to our headquarter.
SHIPPINGS TRACKING PROCEDURE
At the time of the order shipping you will receive an e-mail or an sms with the tracking number given by the courier, to track the status of your delivery.

MAKE A RETURN
Per each purchase made on www.m-missoni.com you can ask for a return in a very simple way.
Please remember you have 21 days from the date of the goods receipt to make this operation and it’s for free.
Here follows the instructions to make the return:
- fulfill the online return form, by clicking here and by inserting your personal data and your order code
- you will receive an e-mail with all the instructions to make the return and to book the pick up by the courier
Once you will have delivered the package you will receive an e-mail of confirmation when we accept your return, within 3 working days from the date of shipping to the storage.
In order to accept your return the purchased products they cannot be altered and they cannot present any sign of use. Each garment has to be delivered with all the labels, in the original package and has to be complete with all the accessories ( package and plastic bags).
If your return does not safisfy any of the mentioned conditions we will not proceed with the payment refund and the package will be shipped back to you.
The refund you will received will include only the return products cost and not the order’s shipping costs.
If you prefer, you can also choose a different courier, not UPS. In this case the return expenses and possible loss will be at your direct charge.
At the moment we cannot offer product substitution, you can send back an article anyway,( being refunded) and make a new purchase.
At this time, m-missoni.com does not process exchanges on gift orders. Any credit for items returned from a gift order, will be issued to the original purchaser. You are welcome to contact us by email to email@example.com for additional assistance.
