3. WARRANTIES AND PRODUCT PRICES INDICATION
The site m-missoni.com exclusively sell products branded “M Missoni” which have been legitimately purchased by the Seller directly from the producer.
All the products sold on the website are new and with no defects. The Seller does not sell products which are used, irregular or of under-valued quality respect to the related standard offered on the market.
The essential features of the products are presented on m-missoni.com inside of each product sheet. The images and colours of the products sold on m-missoni.com could not be perfectly correspondent to the real ones depending on the internet browser or used monitor.
The products prices could be revised and updated. Be sure about the final sell price before sending out the related order form.
The purchase requires coming from abroad countries could not be accepted by the Seller.
All the products come with their own hang-tag fixed with the single use seal. We kindly ask you not to remove the hang-tag and the related seal from the purchased products.
In order to apply your right to return goods, items must show the attached hang-tag and must not have been worn, washed or treated anyway and must not show any signs of use. Differently the Seller has the authority not to accept your products return.

The Seller cannot be responsible for violation of the present contract in case of lacking or unavailability of product, force majeure, interruption or definitive or partial strike of the means of transport or of the means of communication/informatics.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
While fully respecting the rights of the Customer and to ensure complete satisfaction, The consumer has the right to terminate any contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten working days starting from the day of the receipt of products purchased on m-missoni.com
To withdraw the contract you have to fulfil the online return form, by clicking here, by inserting your personal data and the order code. You’ll receive and e-mail with all the information to proceed with the return.

You’ll have to send the items back to the Seller by giving them to the courier for the delivery within 15 working days which will be calculated from the day of the goods receipt.
If you decide to use the courier indicated by the Seller in the return form, you’ll not have to pay for the return expenses. The payment of the expenses of the purchases’ items return will be done, in behalf of you, directly from the Seller, so you’ll be discharged from any payment duty towards the courier. Moreover, once you’ll have delivered the purchased products to the courier indicated by the Seller in the return form, the Seller will discharge you from any responsibility in case of loss of damage of the items during the transportation.
In case you decide to use a courier which is not the one suggested by the Seller, you’ll have to pay for the delivery expenses of the purchased items return.
The Right of Withdrawal-in addition to the respect of the terms and procedures described in the previous point 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 – is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions have been completely respected:
-the return form must be correctly fulfilled within ten (10) working days from the time you received the goods;
-the purchased products must not be damaged and/or altered or used ;
-Items must be returned with all original tags, in their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
-the returned items must be delivered to the courier within fifteen (15) working days from the day you received the products.
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised by following the terms and procedures described at point 7, the Seller will refund you the money already cashed for the products purchase by following the terms and procedures as expected by the General Sale Condition.
The money will be refund in the shortest time possible, in any case within thirty (30) days from the date that the Seller has been informed about the necessity to exercise his right of withdrawal; the Seller himself will manage the refund procedures, once verified the correct execution of the above indicated terms and conditions, as indicated at the point 8.
7.9 If the terms and procedures for the exercise of your right of withdrawal will not be respected , as indicated at point 7, you will not have the right to be refunded of the spent money; anyway, you will have the chance, at your own expenses, to receive the products in the status they have been sent back to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller will have the right to hold the products, in addition to the money already pay to purchase them.
8. REFUND TIMING AND PROCEDURE
After the items return, the Seller will check the status of the items in relation to the conditions and terms indicated in the paragraph 7. In case the controls are positive, the Seller will send you via e-mail the related confirmation of the acceptance of your products return.
In case of no correspondence between the product recipient as indicated in the order form and the person who has made the payment of the ordered items, in case application of the right of withdrawal, the refund of the amount will be made by the Seller , in any case, in favour of the person who has made the payment.
The currency date of the re-credit is the same of the re-debit; so that you will not be subjected to any loss in terms of bank interests.
The seller indicates UPS whose site is www.ups.com as courier for the goods return. Through UPS you can send the goods back to the Seller, without paying for the service. Accordingly to the refund terms and procedure for the use of the Right of Withdrawal, this procedure allows the Seller the direct payment, in your behalf, of the purchased products return expenses, by releasing you from any payment duty to the courier. This procedure allows also to track each package by releasing you of any responsibility in case of loss or damaged goods during the transportation.
In case you decide to use a different courier for the goods return, you’ll have to pay for the purchased products return expenses and you’ll be responsible for any loss or damage of products during the transportation, accordingly to the terms and procedures for the use of the Right of Withdrawal.
